A private chef evening with me is designed to be relaxed, seamless, and personalized. I arrive about two hours before dinner to begin preparing the menu fresh on-site in your kitchen. Once everything is underway, I’ll typically serve appetizers or the first course about an hour into the event. From there, each course is served at a comfortable pace, allowing you and your guests to enjoy the experience without feeling rushed. When it’s time for the main course, dinner is presented and served, followed by dessert if included in the menu. As the evening winds down and you enjoy your final course, I take care of cleaning the kitchen so you can simply relax and enjoy the rest of the night.
